Terms of use
Last updated 11 September 2026
These are the terms you agree to by using Elevenate. They are meant to be read, so they are short.
What Elevenate is
A practice service for the Quest 11+ format, aimed at families sitting the Dorset consortium's papers. It is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Quest, any school, or any consortium of schools. Nothing here is an official past paper, and no amount of practice here guarantees a place at any school.
Your account
You must be an adult to hold an account, and the account is for one household's children. Keep your password — or your Google account — to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login. The parent PIN protects the parent area from a child on a shared tablet; it is a convenience, not a security boundary, and it does not protect your account from another adult who knows your password.
Free while we build
Elevenate is currently free. There is no card, no trial that quietly ends, and no obligation. If we ever charge, existing accounts will be told in advance and nothing will start charging without you agreeing to it.
How the questions are made
Questions are written by AI and put through automated checks — for curriculum level, format, answer quality and repetition — before they reach the bank. They are not individually reviewed by a human teacher. The checks are good, they are not perfect, and a question may still be wrong or badly worded. If you find one, tell us at hello@elevenate.co.uk and it gets pulled. Feedback written after a practice session is also machine-generated: treat it as a useful second opinion, not as a teacher's assessment.
What you may and may not do
Use the questions with your own children as much as you like. You may not copy the question bank, scrape the site, resell access, or republish our content elsewhere. Do not try to break into other accounts or to interfere with the service.
Availability
We do not promise the service will always be available. It is a small service run on one server, and it will sometimes be down for maintenance or because something broke. We may change or withdraw features; where that removes something you rely on, we will say so rather than let it disappear.
Ending it
You can stop using Elevenate whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that is breaking these terms, and will say why.
Liability
Elevenate is provided as it is. We are not liable for exam results, school placements, or decisions made on the basis of practice scores or AI feedback. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
